Resolution:
You need to set the path to the Ruby interpreter. This can be set in Tools, Options, Projects and Solutions, Ruby In Steel. The Ruby path needs to point to the directory containing Ruby.exe (normally this is a directory path ending with \ruby\bin). You can browse to select the paths in the Options dialog.
