You can enter the names of variables (or drag and drop variables from the editor window) in the Watch window. You may 'drill-down' into watch variables to view finer levels of detail. For example, you can open up Arrays and Hashes to view the objects they contain. To drill-down, click the + symbol to the left of each variable to open up sub-branches of information.
